Checkers Africa Limited was founded in 2018 as a trading company with a focus on food products.

Over the years, we have evolved into a manufacturing, sales, and distribution company, offering a diverse range of high-quality food products such as Checkers Custard, Checkers Oats, Checkers Corn Flour, Checkers Crunchy Peanuts and Checkers Choco Tee 3-in-1. Our flagship product, Checkers Custard, has become the market leader in its category, with five exciting variants of Vanilla, Banana, Milk 3-in-1, Chocolate and Checkers Custard Pap Flavour 3-in-1.

Our manufacturing and distribution group employs over 1,200 professionals and personnel of diverse races, tribes, and ethnicities, making us a truly inclusive and diverse family. We have a presence across multiple cities in Nigeria, with gradual but growing products penetration into the West African region.
